Ekaterina Sycheva was born in Yuzhnouralsk, Russia. She studied at the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture. Ekaterina has a bachelor's degree in design. She also took additional courses in Cyrillic calligraphy, motion design, animation and 3D modeling. The author likes to create visual metaphors, experiment with techniques and materials. Any meaning can be conveyed more clearly if it is presented using simple examples and symbols. The author participated in the collective exhibition "My Page" at the Erarta Museum in 2021. In September 2023, Catherine's poster was exhibited at the Uruguay Cartel 2023 International Biennial on the theme "Food Waste" in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. Since December 2023, the author has been part of the Intercontinental Biennial project with the poster "Andy Warhol", for 2 years the biennale exhibitions will be held on all continents. In 2024, Ekaterina became a finalist in the 4th Intercontinental Poster Stellars Competition (USA). Also in 2024, she became a participant in the international exhibitions Ecuador Poster Biennial, Peru Biennial, Bucharest Graphic Days, Prishtina Poster Festival
