The heart in this poster becomes soil — a place where something inevitably grows. We cannot leave it empty: any emotions, states, and reactions take root over time and begin to shape it. On one side, a flower of “empathy” grows — soft, alive, capable of connection and understanding. On the other — “irritation”: a thorny, angular, unattractive, yet highly resilient plant. Both are labeled like seedlings, emphasizing that they are not accidental. We don’t just feel them — we cultivate them: through attention, repetition, and the choices we make in our reactions.

We are pleased to announce the topic for the next edition of our poster contest: Dignity.
It can mean something different to everyone. But we believe that dignity is an inherent human right that transcends language and location. It is the pulse of our shared humanity. And we would like to invite you to defend it with us.
