| Call for entries | January 30th - March 15th 2012 | Call for entries open. Send in your application to be one of the workshop participants |

| Participants selection | March 2012 | Participants are screened and final workgroups selected. |

| Getting ready | March - April 2012 | Participants design 2 poster artworks in order to be ready for the workshop. | ||
| Workshops | May - June 2012 | The workgroups get together for 5 days of full-time classroom work led by a design educator. |

| Follow-ups | June - October 2012 | The instructors will assign a “homework” activity to the participants to make sure that the objectives are met. |

| Workshops second round |
September - October 2012 | A few workshops are repeated 4 or 5 months after, to see what came out of the seeds planted in the first session |

| Exhibition | December 2012 | Best works are selected and exhibited. | ||
