This poster explores the relationship between dignity and moral character through the metaphor of the spine. The human spine on the left represents integrity, courage, and the ability to stand firmly for what is right, even under pressure. It symbolizes individuals who remain faithful to their principles and refuse to compromise their values in the face of injustice. For this reason, it is paired with the word *“DIGNITY.”* In contrast, the spineless creature on the right represents the absence of moral backbone. Beyond its biological meaning, it symbolizes opportunism, conformity, and the willingness to abandon principles for personal comfort or gain. Although both figures share a similar visual structure, they embody opposing ethical positions. The poster suggests that dignity is not merely an inherent human right but also a reflection of one's character and actions. True dignity requires the courage to stand upright, defend what is just, and remain loyal to one's values when it matters most. Ultimately, the work asks a simple but essential question: when confronted with injustice, will we stand with dignity, or choose to be spineless?
