Health is a human right. It should be free and universal, not sold. The illustration shows the illegal sale of drugs, associated with a black market involving people of different statutes - doctors, nurses, pharmaceutical, or other individuals who have easy access to drugs. Thus, I decided to present only hands without any indication of race or social status.
