All jobs should be equally valuable, as they all form part of the chain where everything works because every piece does its part. In this poster, black hands do a very basic thing that is to drive a nail through a board. This is a metaphor of basic tasks, that in "advanced" countries are mostly carried out by immigrants, not valued by the society, and that usually come attached to unfair working conditions and exploitation. The flowers coming out of the nail illustrate how valuable these tasks and the people who carry them out are, with the hope the society will learn to appreciate the work of migrants, and the most basic work in general, and will reward it as it should, with a salary and rights that should entitle the person to enjoy what he or she is doing, and to have access to live with dignity, for them, and for their families.
