Some students, after they graduate from high school, start looking for jobs to pay their university studies, but they lack experience, and almost every work requires you to have like a year or two of experience in order to be selected as a worker. Most company owners think that a student is ready to work and full of experience and refuse to help the inexperienced ones. The tie does not come ready with the graduation cap, experience needs to be earned, but bosses do not seem to understand this. The ideal situation would be, that after you graduate, from high school or university, you are more than eligible for a job, so you can put yourself the tie just after graduating and start working!
