In my poster design, I wanted to communicate some different examples of sexual harassment in the workplace and visually express how the victims are often forced to "wear" these experiences (as this girl wears the words on her face) and treat them like they're "no big deal." The written words discuss examples of female workers being harassed, sexually or verbally, by co-workers, bosses and customers, as well as being exploited or belittled by another based on their gender. These are all real world examples of sexual harassment as experienced by women I know.
