About me
Laura Manfredi (1977) is an italian visual artist, now working abroad. She attended the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera (Milan) and there she taught then Engraving Techniques. She created stage installations for the actress and theatre director Francesca Mazza and has worked with Aldo Spoldi creating artworks for the virtual visual artist Cristina Show.
Today she works mainly with painting, printmaking (especially with monoprint) and installations. From 2011 she draws illustrations for book and music cds and works together with the photographer Valerio Donghi to a 'four hand project', where photography and digital drawing are mixed and overlapped.
From 1997 till now she exhibited in about 50 exhibitions in Italy and abroad and she won two art prizes, one of them with Eugenio Carmi as Jury President.
