Nelu Wolfensohn is a professor of graphic design with the School of Design of the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), director of CRIN the Digital Images Research Centre (www.crin.uqam.ca) and founder of Concepts For All project, the first free of charge Internet image bank dedicated to the humanitarian causes (www.conceptsforall.uqam.ca)
A poster artist of international reputation, his work in this field is well known and received more than 150 awards in Chicago, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Montreal, Moscow, New York, Paris, Seoul, Toyama, Toronto, Warsaw and Zurich and is part of various museums, libraries and private collections. In 2010, 27 posters were included in the permanent collection of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
