Mayra Overney-Falconí was born in Quito-Ecuador. She is a graphical designer and multimedia producer. She has studied in Ecuador, the U.S. (L. A. and New York) and Switzerland. Since 1994 she lives in Switzerland. She worked during eight years as a graphical designer for two advertising companies in Bern (“Hofer Kommunikation” and “Cosmic Werbeagentur”). Nowadays, she works as the art director of the User Experience team of “Swisscom Innovations”, one of the most important telecommunications company in the country. Her job is to visualize ideas and create prototypes for new products and services, based on the understanding of behaviours and needs of users.
