Sebastian Aravena Ortiz is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Communication and Image (FCEI) at the University of Chile. He holds a PhD in Media and Communication from the University of Leicester (UK), a Master's degree in Communication Design from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Chile. He is also a member of XR Labs (FCEI).
His areas of work are Visual and Digital Communication, Political and Environmental Communication, and Visual and Digital Methodologies. He has professional experience in design, branding, and internal communication projects. In addition, he has participated in over sixty political and socio-cultural poster exhibitions in various countries.
