My name is Alireza Vaziri, I am a Creative/Art Director – Educator specializing in visual communication design. I earned my MFA in Design from the University of California, Davis and currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Design at the University of Texas at El Paso. I’ve received some prestigious design awards such as 1st prize in London International Creative Competition, 1st prize in CCA Juried Exhibition, best designer title in the GraphicArts biennale, bronze Award in Intercontinental design Stellars in New York, Silver Award in Graphis Annual publication, and been featured on some design magazines such as Creativeboom and Communication Arts. Through over a decade of professional and academic experience, I’ve always tried to develop my skills in Creative Problem Solving.
