The heart is turned upside down, a way of expressing love that is wrong. As a profession, dancers are not respected, and customers sometimes grope them. The upside-down heart happens to resemble the shape of a buttocks, hence the handprints on the buttocks. The dancer wears sexy stockings, combined with an overall pink, suggestive and provocative color scheme.
