“All I really need to know I learned in kindergarten” is a quote by American writer Robert Fulghum. His down to earth philosophical essays inspired me to make this poster to enhance the message of the brief.
People are complex beings and society is very stratified. But there are some basics that unite us all. How to make the world a better place we already learned in kindergarten.
For example (from the book All I really need to know by R. Fulghum):
Share everything.
Play fair.
Don't hit people.
Put things back where you found them.
Clean up your own mess.
Don't take things that aren't yours.
Say you're sorry when you hurt somebody.
Wash your hands before you eat.
Flush.
Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you.
Live a balanced life - learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some.
Take a nap every afternoon.
When you go out into the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands, and stick together.
Be aware of wonder.
Goldfish and hamsters and white mice and even
the little seed in the Styrofoam cup - they all die.
So do we.

Do The Right Thing

In a world that is becoming increasingly polarised, perhaps the one thing that unites us all is the conviction that we are all acting for the right reasons. And having formed an opinion about an issue, there is little room to have it changed by listening to an opposing view. Fake news has eroded trust in facts. So how can we move forward?
