Although laws and regulations concerning the abuse of lab animals exist, there are still countries and cosmetics firms who ignore them. No cosmetic product justifies mutilation or a death of an animal, as it doesn't deal with life or death of humans. More action toward bringing those bodies to do the right thing and commit to new standards as regards this issue.
