In some sense red represents anger and this context represents injustice. The Bull is color blind to red finding it to irate as to only see mostly blue and yellow. The Blue and Yellow means that we can aim to see what we want to attain, irrespective of injustice, the opposing view.

The ‘Tools’ are a sign of working conditions, procurement, and labour relations in terms of societal perspectives towards the attainment of better opportunities, for tomorrow.
The ‘Large Building’ is an example of education (The key to success), housing, healthcare, etc., so that we can overcome some injustices to find a better resolution to solutions.
The ‘key’ is a sign of accessibility and safety as the key solution against injustice.
