Lies, half-truths, and embellishments seem to have proliferated over the past several years. Rather than seeking out the truth, people seem to jump on board at the newest false claim being asserted. To me the lies have become like flies and endlessly bothersome and distracting from the truth. Just as we feel that we have swatted one down, two more pop up continuing to cause problems.
