That is a metaphor for the pain a woman holds and goes through while stuff like inappropriate touching, meaning sexual violence, happens to her. Violence of any kind should be stopped, and one of the most common ones is still the kind that is forwarded towards female population in sexual mannerism. The mentioned is a crime. And whoever dares to take these criminal actions will hopefully take a step back when seeing a poster like this and think about the things they do.
