In April 2022, Shanghai has been locked down due to the COVID-19. There are many secondary disasters caused by the lockdown: the lack of food and daily necessities due to the shutdown of logistics, and the tragedy caused by the shutdown of medical facilities resulting in the inability to treat sick people. On wechat and Weibo, people posted articles asking for help and videos documenting the situation, hoping to be seen by more people, but the government deleted them all. People spontaneously beat stainless steel bowls and pans in the gated community to express their dissatisfaction and vent against the gated policy, but the government said that this was an activity organized by foreign enemy forces. I think it's the right thing for a designer to do.
