This poster was done under my experience at the Apple store. It was 10 minutes before closing time and my Apple Pencil nib was broken, which I needed for an assignment that is due at midnight. The scribbles in the poster are the scribbles I showed to the staff how some of my pencil tools on Procreate are not working. However the response I got back from her is that it’s the Procreate problem, not the nib. I was very frustrated and angry about the service so I forced her to bring out the nibs so I can buy them. In the end, I felt really bad for her when paying, and when I got home, I found that she was right. As a person who works in hospitality, I regretted it so much about my actions but appreciate her for her amazing coping method under the pressure.
