Mental health is extremely important and yet a lot of us do not reach out for help because of the price tag placed upon every therapy session. Suicide rates are raising and with the pandemic traumatizing a lot of people it's more important than ever that we take steps necessary to make it more available to everyone starting with lowering the price of it.
