HELLO, MYSELF!" is one of the posters I created on my own initiative during the 2020 epidemic.
The arrival of the 2020 epidemic has put countries around the world in various degrees of danger. In this context, many artists are telling people through their works to stay at home less often, wash their hands regularly, and exercise properly. The media is also mostly calling for: wear masks! Wash your hands regularly! Don't hang around! However, people often ignore the inner feelings of the isolated people at home, and few people can tell the isolated people at home that they can quietly do something meaningful for themselves or society.
That's why I created this poster: In reality, it is impossible to shake hands with oneself. So a handshake with oneself represents, in a sense, a kind of inner reconciliation, a process of reacquainting oneself with oneself and making friends with oneself. So I photographed my right hand from two angles, and after computer processing, I put it on a flat surface to show a gesture of about to shake hands. The blue hand represents some of the feelings of loss, powerlessness and trauma that the pandemic has brought us, while the yellow hand represents the positive, sunny side of our hearts. "Hello, Self!" is the beginning of an exploration of self-awareness, learning to accept what is around us, to take a moment and do something for ourselves or for society. This is what this poster is trying to convey.

Do The Right Thing

In a world that is becoming increasingly polarised, perhaps the one thing that unites us all is the conviction that we are all acting for the right reasons. And having formed an opinion about an issue, there is little room to have it changed by listening to an opposing view. Fake news has eroded trust in facts. So how can we move forward?
