"do the right thing" is very vague and open ended, so I ended up leaning towards a literal meaning for my poster. "Integrity means to do the right thing even though no-one is watching" is a common quote, so I wanted it to be the main focus of my design. The general idea is this figure walking upwards, alone in a red void. So he's walking/fighting this uphill battle while alone, leaving these green footprints that are associated with good which I think represents integrity.
