In countries like the US, getting cancer or other serious diseases can drain an insured person's savings and bankrupt them in a matter of a couple of years. People have to make a choice in these countries whether they can afford to ride in an ambulance or die because they couldn't reach a hospital and didn't want to put their families in debt.
Capitalism has no place in healthcare. Universal healthcare should be a global standard.
