Throwing glass bottles in the trash is a proven contributor to the problem. The powdered glass making process uses old glass bottles to create something valuable. This is a very cheap process. The process required mostly heating and cooling. The only charge would be for feldspar. But the element is found in sedimentary rocks. Thus filling this process is cost effective and fights pollution through recycling. The economy would also thrive from the valuable pieces of glass that are produced. The contest has not closed yet.
