the balloon of freedom to move to where ever you want to go, to become united ( become one ) , people live together as one just like the balloons which going to become one picture of the United Nation flag. the balloons can floating to wherever it wanted,representing the freedom to move around to wherever you want. the United national flag representing people can live together even though they are coming from different nationality, to become united and treated each other equally. no more barrier.
