The pattern of footprints in the art work draws the 'power on' symbol. The symbol in Science signifies the flow of electrical energy needed to get work done. Restrictions and boundaries (the 'power off' symbol-a complete circle) only results in a failure in global efforts to maintain peace, harmony and efficiency. It will take a break in the complete circle of restriction to cause change and development: getting work done!.
The different colored footprints identify with the diversity in culture, beliefs and geographical locations around the world.
This is about the power in freedom of movement.
