The concept for this poster focuses on the difference between being closed-minded and being open-minded. Closed- minded people are not open to change and are often biased and prejudiced. In order for us as human beings to grow positively, we need to embrace change, because it is inevitable. The poster depicts two birds - one inside a glass dome and the other flying freely, outside the glass dome. The bird inside the glass dome represents those who are closed-minded and not open to change. It is stuck inside and will not get out. The bird outside the glass dome represents those who are open-minded and are essentially ‘free’.
