The way media and news is consumed today is so fast and it is very easy just to read/listen/watch only what you want to hear. My poster represents this mindset of ignoring things that you might find shocking or uncomfortable and just pretending it doesn't exist. I am very guilty of this and developing this concept has definitely altered the way I think about media and my own personal consumption of news.
