With the objective of creating a poster on extremism , it Seemed Appropriate to address the issue of refugees due to Their contemporaneity . Through illustration , I try to use the main features of conventional playing cards to make the audience reflect on the duality of this poster . The central figure is , in this case , a lifeboat and the two hands that replace the suit symbols represent Europe and Syria . The main idea is to transmit that, just like a regular letter, this poster has no correct position ( allowig to see the European hand in the positive direction and the Syrian hand in the negative direction or vice versa) , and that probably different people would put it differently . At the same time , the intention is also to compare the fate of these people with a game in which they have no control over the actions of larger organizations .
