Nice people can become fanatics on social media. Aggressive, angry, closed-minded comments to loaded statements are a recipe for disaster. These extreme reactions are magnified, because people feel safe behind a computer. We have lost civil discourse and open minds (on all sides of major topics). We can eradicate this form of extremism by checking our ego at the door and having a deep and serious discussion about topics IN PERSON.
