The poster I created for this competition Make Extremism History is about a topic that is nationalism.
According to dictionary, nationalism means that the people that live in one country thinks that they are
more intelligent and superior than neighbouring counties where national conflicts are particularly prone
to violence because they involve matters of identity.
I decided to create my poster only using two colours which are black and white simply because it
contradicts each other which I think that it suits my topic where one is better than another person. In
physiology, white is the shade of fresh starts, wiping the slate clean, in a manner of speaking. It is the
clear canvas holding up to be composed upon. While white isn't fortifying to the faculties, it opens the
route for the production of anything the psyche can imagine. On the other hand, black makes an
obstruction amongst itself and the outside world, giving solace while ensuring its feelings and
sentiments, and concealing its vulnerabilities, insecurities and absence of self-assurance.What black
hides, white reveals.
The main symbols that symbolised the world need to change are the heart and nature. In human
anatomy, it is an vital organ of the circulatory system keeps up the course of the blood. The course of
the blood in this manner is urgent for it passes on the oxygen and supplement to the distinctive cells,
organs and muscles to limit and removes their waste produces. So the heart and the blood it pumps keeps
up and keeps up our life. The heart also is seen as a the seat or place of delicacy and love and having the limit for consideration and sensitivity.
Where as nature, it symbolise peace and harmony, where plants and animals coexists since its a cycle, when plants and animals die they become minerals for the new generations to come.
