The poster features a saline solution bag often used in hospital health care. The saline solution bag contains a liquid with dollar signs that it is being spent, representing that as the treatments are taken, the money will be spent as well. So people with less money may not be able to continue the treatment or even start it because they can´t afford it. The sentence in this poster is in the place where it is customary to be the label describing the content inside, in this case the phrase "Nobody should die because they can't afford to pay for healthcare."
