The poster is intentionally visually simple and legible because the very concept of universal healthcare for the US should be a simple yes. The circles show and tell three reasons - out of very many - why it should be implemented. A plaster bandage is a universal image for healing; thus, it is shown with illuminated air holes representing additional reasons that could be shown in future posters.
