Noble gases, according to Chemistry, are atoms that can be considered "full" and that means they're complete. They don't need to ask for more electrons, because they already have the ones they need. I compared the helium atom to rich people, because having enough money and living in a non-Third-World country means possibility to afford to have access to health. Every human being should be like a noble gas atom: we shouldn’t ask for more resources, remedies nor medical treatment. These are rights we all should enjoy. I also used a color palette based on chemicals and sans serif typography to make it look contemporary and more suitable.
