The system deprives this people creating a lot of rules and bureaucracy that difficult the access of them. In the poster, we have a lot of words that referes to the system of healthcare, and theres a scissor by cutting a red ribbon. This red ribbon referes to the idiom "red tape" and red tape in english language means bureaucracy. The act of the scissor cut the ribbon means that we need to stop bureaucracy in healthcare to have more access. When this tape is cut we will have more EASY access to healthcare.
