The poster is designed so at first glance it reads "Everything Is OK" to simulate that we think of ourselves first and foremost. Then if you look closer it changes to read "Everything Is Not OK" to reenforce the fact that we overlook what doesn't affect us directly and that just because we don't see it ourselves, doesn't mean it's not there.
