Some people don't pull their weight in the workplace. It's easier to find someone else to do it for them and still reap the benefits. Many times, these people give their workload to a hard-working employee, who, of course, has their own workloads to handle. To top it off, the hard worker is given unrealistic deadlines to achieve, with threats of termination if undelivered. While one is making the big bucks, doing little to nothing and leaving the workplace at early hours, the other is diligently, yet exhaustingly, doing their own job in addition to what has been burdened, waging little to no money. They often work way after hours, are deprived of sleep, and the process starts all over again merely a few hours later.
