Women work four times more than men in part-time (30.2% versus 6.9%). 10.6% of women in fixed-term contract, versus 6.9% of men. In full-time, a man earns 19.3% more than women. But these are among managers that pay inequality is the most glaring : men earn 4302 euros net a month on average, versus 3362 euros for women, a difference of nearly 22%.
