This is part of the poster series "It doesn't matter". No one should discriminate on others, and discrimination should never be a reason not to employ a person. And I would like to elaborate this central message through a series of three posters in a metaphorical manner, in order to highlight the issue from different perspectives. This poster is inspired by the famous quotation "It doesn't matter whether it is a white cat or a black cat, a cat that catches mice is a good cat". The coat color of cats does not determine their ability to catch mice; just as human beings, our skin color does not determine our ability to work.
