Often, in a selection process for a job, different "degrees" of gender discrimination can be noticed: - men don't usually have problems - women are accepted after a verification process (is she clever enough? Does she want to get married? Or have children?) - pregnant women are not taken into account at all, as if becoming pregnant were a crime... This situation is represented with a traffic light. Pregnant women have red light.
