to raise the issue that why Starbucks is branding themselves as community friendly while they did not cherish their partners. As a former supervisor in Starbucks from Canada and China I witnessed the unfair treatment that Starbucks have given their employers in both places Starbucks is only providing a minimum wage while employers had to do more than a minimum wage could offer. For example, they had to clean wash room, cafe area, dishes, understand fully about the beverage and coffee, cashier, devote 100% to the company, create new beverages and much more.
