The picture was divided into two parts; the left hand side seems to be colorful and vibrant, but was consist of puzzles. The right hand side of the picture uses mostly dark colors such as black and grey. The man in the picture holding a hand means that he wants more fair treat and rights. The halved man in the vibrant color section means the people who live in developed region, living with comfortable environment and high living qualities. The contrary shows that the difference between those worker who were exploited by employees and us, and it warns us how significant the basic human rights and freedom are. Also, the picture wants to arise our awareness on workers.

We all have the right to work without discrimination or exploitation of our gender, age, nationality or physical condition.
We all have the right to work for a wage that is fair reward for our labour and that will enable us to support ourselves and our families.
The right to work protects us from child labour, gender and age discrimination and exploitation in all its forms. It entitles us all to the same opportunities, benefits and protection from exploitation or malpractice.
