People with disability are often discriminated in the workplace. They are not hired because of their disability and also paid less than other normal people. Everybody should have equal work right, including people with disability.

The right to work protects us from child labour, gender and age discrimination and exploitation in all its forms. It entitles us all to the same opportunities, benefits and protection from exploitation or malpractice.
