When The Employers hire new staff, They prefer worker without disabilities. Worry about inefficient business abilty of Disabled person and set up facilities for them(For example Remove a threshold for wheelchair user), That's why they reluctance in hiring them. This discrimination are frequent more official job than production department. So The Law of promotion employment of the disabled was enacted some years ago in South korea. One company must recruit disabled person, or they must pay the penalty fee. However, Many company paid a fine (Even public enterprises and large companies) instead of hiring them because of many problems. As a graphic designer, I want to introduce assistance devices visually. Also I want to prove The aids help efficient work. I put various disabled characters who look like an ordinary worker using them. And In this poster, Employ has understanding about what makes they feel sense of belonging. If Co-wokers try to get consideration each other, and give an opportunity to work in comfortable environment,positive and cheerful atmosphere will be create in their workplace.
