Nowadays, with most companies and cooperate organizations in different industries are having specific standard requirements of what you should look like on the outside in order to get hired. Lots of other people, in particular with people that had ugly appearances, may get a slim chance of getting the job they want to get. With this, I would like to make a change on that particular statement by telling people that no matter how beautiful or ugly you look, everyone can do the same job as everybody else and there is no right or wrong in terms how you look. And people with ugly appearances should deserve a chance to get hired as even they do look ugly, they have met the requirements of the skills and qualifications that most companies ask for.
