As the youth filling the work force at an alarming rate, most employers see age as a requirement. The younger an employee is, better are their chances to get a secure job in the employment world. This leaves Aged workers at a disadvantage. To the point where industries refuse to hire worker because of their age. Elderly people have just as much of a right to work and provide for their family as much as a college graduate. And they should be able to be employed with out Age discrimination. Age is a virtue, not a hindrance
