By using the globally recognized symbol for safety at work, the hard hat, we can creatively highlight the subject of work rights. This poster brings alive the rightful exceptions of a worker. Such as working for a fair wage, good working conditions, fair treatment, etc. This poster also aims to focus on the need to protect work rights. Just as a hard hat provides protection from physical injury, awareness about work rights can protect an employee from all forms of exploitation. Such awareness can give employees the confidence to work better and it can also hold back discrimination from employers.
