The first article of the universal declaration of human rights announces – „all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood“. Sometime ago I have watched a movie called „Pay it forward“. It is a movie about a young boy Trevor who has a school project with the assignment: „think of something to change the world and put it into action“. The boy appears with the brilliant idea of paying a favor not back, but forward - repaying good deeds with new good deeds done to three new people. These people have to continue the idea and that is how good things spread making a net. This movie was an inspiration for my poster design. Mostly a shelter or a pity is not what the homeless people really need. More than that they want to be a full members of society and to believe in a better tomorrow. The most important issue of every country should be a society where everybody no matter of your status can feel safe, welcome and equal. This can be achieved just with the help of each person individually, with the power of good will, initiative, support and respect. Following the idea „Pay if forward“ we build one big home for everyone.

‘Home’ means something different to all of us. The place where we grew up, the place where we live at the moment, the place we come to relax or entertain our friends. But for far too many people home remains a distant dream, as they try to eke out an existence in sub-standard accommodation or sleep rough on the streets.
